The Aquarium Paris – Cinéaqua is known to have the largest tank in France, and to discover the marine life around the French coasts.
But The Aquarium Paris – Cinéaqua is more than just a current aquarium as found widely in France. It offers throughout the year many fun but also educational activities.
In this regard, the Aquarium Paris – Cinéaqua contacted Serious Factory to create 4 edutainment animation of sea creatures: a shark, white shark, a turtle and a whale.
The aim was to mimic the natural movements of each animal as realistically as possible.
After being immersed in the middle of the fish through the shark tunnel, the visitor can play with them virtually.
Indeed, the visitor can interact with the animal, whose animation is projected onto the wall, using a trackball system available on a terminal and which allows him to see animals from all angles.
This provides another view of sea creatures. The Aquarium Paris – Cinéaqua offers a new attraction, which can realistically bring another dimension to the path of the visitor, in particular for kids.
This is the first time that Serious Factory works on this type of project, being more used to develop software or 3D applications for marketing and sales.
The entire project team has enjoyed working on it, to study the movement of each animal in order to reproduce as faithfully as possible.
